Dubai’s Emirates Group has reported a profit after tax of Dh3.6 billion for the first six months of its 2026–27 financial year, remaining profitable despite regional aviation disruptions and rising fuel costs.

Revenue reached Dh66.2 billion for the six months ending September 30, while pre-tax profit stood at Dh4.1 billion. The results reflect continued travel demand and a strong contribution from cargo operations.

However, profits declined significantly compared with the previous year, when the group recorded exceptional results. Regional airspace restrictions, travel advisories and higher fuel expenses placed pressure on operations.

The group, which includes Emirates airline and dnata, said it would continue investing in customer experience, operational capabilities and long-term growth.
