The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) has announced the academic calendar for the remainder of the school year, following the UAE Ministry of Education’s earlier release of mid-term and Eid Al Adha holiday dates.
Students, as well as administrative and teaching staff, will have a break from May 25 to 29 for the mid-term and Eid Al Adha holidays. The announcement was made after the KHDA approved the final schedule for the rest of the academic year.
The break comes just ahead of the final assessment period, giving students a short pause before examinations begin.
Classes are set to resume on June 1, with the third term continuing until mock exams scheduled for June 15 and 16. The Islamic New Year holiday will fall on June 17.
Following this, end-of-term examinations will run from June 24 to July 3, which has been confirmed as the final school day of the academic year.
