Parts of the UAE could see rain, dusty conditions and fog through Thursday, as unsettled weather moves across the country, according to the National Centre of Meteorology.
Monday is expected to begin fair to partly cloudy, with convective clouds developing over eastern areas and potentially spreading inland during the afternoon. Rain is possible in some locations, while temperatures could reach 43°C in internal areas and around 40°C in coastal and island areas.
Winds may strengthen around cloud formations, stirring up dust and reducing visibility. Gusts could reach 45km/h in mountainous areas. Humidity is also expected to increase overnight, bringing the possibility of fog or mist in some western areas and during early mornings.
Residents planning long drives should check local weather updates before travelling, particularly in areas prone to dust, fog or sudden rainfall.
