The Sri Lanka rupee has depreciated against the Qatar and Saudi Riyals today (01), the Central Bank of Sri Lanka reported.
The selling rates of the Qatar and Saudi Riyals have increased to Rs. 99.30 and Rs. 96.68, respectively, in comparison to yesterday.
However, the rupee has appreciated against the Kuwait Dinar with the selling rate dropping to Rs. 1,172.61.
The rupee remains steady against the remaining Gulf currencies, including the UAE’s Dirham, of which the selling rate is Rs. 98.90. (NewsWire)
