Drivers in Jumeirah Lakes Towers will continue to use Parkin’s paid parking services after the company secured a further 10-year contract covering around 2,800 parking spaces.

The agreement means paid parking operations in the popular Dubai residential and commercial district will continue under Parkin through the next decade.

JLT is home to thousands of residents, offices, restaurants and retail businesses, making parking availability and pricing a daily concern for commuters and residents.

Parkin operates Dubai’s public parking system and manages paid parking across many areas of the emirate. The company has increasingly expanded its use of digital services to allow motorists to pay for parking and manage related services through mobile platforms.

For people living or working in JLT, the renewed arrangement means paid parking will remain part of the area’s transport infrastructure rather than being replaced by a different operator.
