Bayut data cited by Khaleej Times shows Muwaileh Commercial remains the most searched apartment area, with average annual asking rent reaching Dh40,800, up 8.2% year on year. Al Mamzar and Al Nabba recorded increases of 12.5%.
Villa rents have also climbed, with Tilal City leading searches and average annual asking rents reaching about Dh225,500.
