UAE fuel prices rise for September

Fuel prices across the UAE will increase from Tuesday, September 1, raising costs for motorists and businesses.

Super 98 petrol will cost Dh3.80 per litre, up from Dh3.60 in August. Special 95 rises from Dh3.49 to Dh3.69, while E-Plus 91 increases from Dh3.41 to Dh3.61.

Diesel records the largest increase, climbing by 50 fils from Dh3.80 to Dh4.30 per litre.

Filling a 60-litre vehicle with Special 95 will cost Dh221.40 under the new rate—Dh12 more than in August. A 60-litre diesel fill will increase by Dh30 to Dh258.

The country’s retail fuel rates are reviewed monthly and adjusted in line with international market conditions and operating costs.
