The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated further against Gulf currencies today (Jan 08) compared to last Friday.
According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the Rupee has also depreciated against the UAE’s Dirham, with the selling rate increasing from Rs. 87.78 to Rs. 87.79.
The Rupee has, however, fluctuated against a basket of foreign currencies, but remains steady against the US Dollar. (NewsWire)
