The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated against several Gulf currencies today (August 09) compared to yesterday, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka reported.
Accordingly, the Rupee has also appreciated against the UAE’s Dirham with the selling rate dropping from Rs. 87.53 to Rs. 87 42.
The Rupee has also appreciated against a basket of other foreign currencies, including the US Dollar. (NewsWire)
