The Sri Lankan Rupee has significantly depreciated against several Gulf currencies today (August 08) compared to yesterday, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka reported.
Accordingly, the Rupee has also depreciated against the UAE’s Dirham with the selling rate increasing from Rs. 86.69 to Rs. 87.53.
The Rupee has fluctuated against a basket of other foreign currencies, while it has slightly depreciated against the US Dollar. (NewsWire)
