The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated further against several Gulf currencies today (16) in comparison to yesterday, according to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
The Rupee has significantly depreciated against the UAE’s Dirham of which the selling rate has increased from Rs. 83.99 to Rs.85.44.
The Rupee has also significantly depreciated against other foreign currencies.
However, it has slightly appreciated against the US Dollar of which the selling rate has dropped from Rs. 328.92 to Rs. 319.66. (NewsWire)
