The Sri Lankan rupee has appreciated against several Gulf currencies today in comparison to Tuesday (04).

According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the selling rate of the UAE’s Dirham has reduced from Rs. 88. 15 to Rs. 87.44.

The rupee has significantly appreciated against the Oman Rial, and Bahrain and Kuwait Dinars, with the selling rates reducing to Rs. 834.17, Rs. 851.86 and Rs. 1046.71, respectively. (NewsWire)
