The Sri Lanka rupee has depreciated against a basket of Gulf currencies on Friday (24).
According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the rupee has also depreciated against the UAE’s Dirham of which the selling rate has increased to Rs. 98.73.
Significant increases have also been noted in the selling rates of the Kuwait Dinar, and Qatar and Saudi Riyals in comparison to yesterday. (NewsWire)
